Operating since 2019, Thistle Hospitality Group has partnered with Founders House Dining & Drinks, Fort View Golf Course and The Whiskey Teller to deliver the absolute best in experiential tourism.

Derived of professionals who excel in their field, Thistle Hospitality Group is owned by Roland Hamilton and headed by Laura Robinson (General Manager), Kyle Ellis (Operations Manager), and Chris Pyne (Corporate Chef). Their vision is to create outstanding hospitality experiences in their hometown of Annapolis Royal.

Our Corporate Executive Chef, Chris Pyne, is certainly one to watch. With only a year under his belt in Nova Scotia, he already has several awards and accolades to be proud of. He is known for his authentic twist on Canadian comfort food; his dishes will always leave you guessing and wanting more.

Our Head Bartender Gavin Robichaud joined us this spring after a career-slinging drinks in Toronto. He brings an imaginative and creative edge behind the bar with an exceptional knowledge of local wines and beers.
